Marie O'Neill “Neill” Sciarrone is the Co-Founder and COO of Trinity Cyber LLC, a cybersecurity services provider that protects commercial organizations from today’s most advanced cyber threats.
Prior to launching Trinity Cyber, Neill served as the Senior Director for Strategy and Planning for BAE Systems Inc., where she developed and evaluated corporate strategy, business planning, and initiatives to promote growth for the BAE Systems’ US business.
Previously, while serving in the Federal Government, Neill was appointed by President George W. Bush as the Special Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Senior Director for Cybersecurity and Information Sharing Policy. Neill also held key roles for the White House Homeland Security Council, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Commerce.
Neill was selected as a 2016 member of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association’s (AFCEA) Intelligence Committee and was named one of the “2015 Top 10 Women Power Players in Cybersecurity” by SC magazine. Neill is an inaugural Presidential Leadership Scholar and a graduate of the University of Virginia.
